Regarding Arrest on similar offence Regarding Arrest on similar offence

My friend was arrested under Sections 376 and 420 of IPC as he has taken money from her ex-gf and also has physical relations with her during that time. He now refused to pay back her money. She registered case against my friend and me (she transferred some amount to me and i had transferred it to my friend's account immediately and I have bank statements as proofs). I'm not beneficiary of the money and neither had i had any contact with her. However I was arrested and after 45 days in police custody was released on bail. Now another lady also filed similar complaint on my friend and me (Again some amount was transferred to me and I transferred it to my friend immediately). Can police arrest me again? If yes, what are the chances to get bail?

A.Dear Client,
Yes, since the complainant is different the police can arrest you, better apply for anticipatory bail.
Thank you

Why the money is being transferred to your account all the times. You need to be careful with this. If you have got bail in the first case then probably you shall get the bail in second case too but be advised that the courts do take cognizance of the fact that the accused is already on bail and similar case has happened again.

Sir, he used my bank account for 1 year during which he had these relations which I'm completely unaware of. He is having some good business and he said some financers are sending him money and I believed. Both these incidents happened 2 years back and I got to know about these illegal transactions recently when I was arrested only.

I was out on bail recently only and I got to know that there is another similar instance also. I'm really worried that the other person also will put similar case on me. What can I do? All these transactions went under my nose
