interim mesne profit of plot as eviction case is in process of DJ court interim mesne profit of plot as eviction case is in process of DJ court

My plot is occupied by so called tenant who's application is dismissed by rent tribunal court stating there is no relationship of tenant and land lord after trial held for eight years. No rent is charged any time nor any evidence of being tenant. After that i applied for eviction and mesne profit . I also applied for interim mesne profit which is rejected by DJ court stating it is too early to decide interim mesne profit as case is in early stage. I am very much depressed as the illegal occupant is doing business on my plot and earning while myself real landlord is getting nothing from plot and i feel civil cases go for many years how i can get benefit of my plot or evicted at earliest. Please advice so at least some mesne profit start which can make some burden on illegal occupant..

A.Dear Sir,

You can prefer revision against order passed by DJ Court before High Court. It is better to take a decision to lease it out to any strong person who can use is muscle power and out of record he can evict him with out approaching Court.
