Sir i filled the complain in CIC(central information commission)
CIC hearing also happened,
CIC decision about my case is as follows

DECISION by CIC:
Keeping in view the facts of the case and on the perusal of the documents on record, the
Commission directs the Respondent to re examine the case and furnish a revised reply to the
Appellant strictly in accordance with the spirit of transparency and accountability as enshrined in
the RTI Act, 2005 within a period of 21 days from the date of receipt of this order under the
intimation to the Commission.
The Appeal stands disposed accordingly


Sir after 21 days I got the same revised reply from the CPIO( respondent authority)


Sir I want to know from you sir , at right naw what should I do, I mean to say what will be my next step ???
I am not satisfied with this revised reply also,
Please advise or suggest me in this respect sir

A.Dear Sir,
You have to start your legal fight as you have done earlier.

A.Dear Client,

You may file an appeal with a departmental Appellate Authority within 30 days of receiving the PIO's response or at the expiration of the time period within which the information should have been provided by the PIO. If you miss that deadline and the Appellate Authority is convinced that you had justifiable cause for missing the deadline, he or she may allow you to file an appeal even after the 30-day period has expired.
