SC and ST land case

A big land was leased and lease expired in 1983. Numbers of persons doing businesses on that land which was installed by earlier lessee.
The persons occupying &doing business are unathorised to me.
Are they be sued under s/c & s/t attrocities & prevension act 1989 act.

A.Dear client,
You have been negligent of execution of your rights after expired lease, might be reasons better known to you. However, if problem of eviction arises then contact your local Advocate to file eviction suit at civil court . But before that you issue a legal moti for eviction with intended to civil and criminal action against them.
While doing so, if they not evicting ur land ,then fabricate a sc/ st ,if you belong to.
