Me a nd my boyfriend lives in Australia but citizens of India. He used me physically and financially he said he is going to marry ,me. Now he say my parents not accepting for marriage . Kundali not matching and all reasons.His sister says the people getting dowry they are settling lives with it. Now my visa over Australia finish he is telling go back to India I can't marry you anymore. Can I file a complain against him and his family . I don't mind if his career is ruined and his family need to face consequences for cheating me and he should not get any permanent residency in any overseas countries can I do it.

A.Dear Sir,
You cannot file any complaint in India in respect of alleged offences occurred in Australia. You may lodge complaint in the said Country.
