Hi we have a will under our name where the property was given to us by a lady 1997, who died after some time.2001. the husband told us that she has given the same to us, later the person got married to other lady and refused to give that property.. wheras that will was registered..and we took a copy of that from court in 2007, we tried to do a dhakhil kharij this year but they have objection now and have also filed a case of perjure ..
PLEASE can someone suggest what to do we are worried as father is old and the opposite party is strong enough and i was reading if they win my father might go to jail.. we are from a very simple family and are worried now...

A.As your father has not forged the will or done any other underhand practice, their case will not win. You can ask for the original will to be sent to forensic lab for verification of signature.
