Can I sue my university? Can I sue my university?

I did my part time MBA from a Category A Deemed to be university. After passing out, I have been trying for Assistant Professor jobs as well as govt jobs. But, now I have come to know that the degree is not valid/legal/recognized. The deemed to be university lied to me as well as used its status to not disclose the fact that it's not valid. I have suffered livelihood loss. Please guide about how can I sue them? Is it possible to sue in consumer court ?

A.Dear Client,
Firstly you must ask all of you colleague that is this only your problem or the mass problem. If found out a scam then you must report it to UGC. further you must legal notice to the university. If the university doesn’t reply to the same then you can file a complaint in consumer court.
As per the recent judgments, a complaint can be filed in the consumer court dealing with the student and university dispute.
Thankyou
