Charged u/s 107 crpc

I tried to rent out one room in my ancestral property which isn't in my name, its still belongs to my great great grandfather. Now my relatives (descendants of great great grandfather)
who is also staying there has put a case u/s 107crpc against me. What needs to done now?

Section 107 is preventive section and not punitive, hence there will be no strong and legal grounds for incarcerating a person unless there has been an in-depth scrutiny of facts presented to the Executive Magistrate on the basis of which he decides the case.
