I am from Maharashtra kolhapur city i have purchased goods from gujrat and the supplier had made invoice in some another party. Because of that we cant have ITC and with repeated claim and communication supplier is no longer responding pls give me a good solution with this situation

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, you may send a legal notice to the supplier to rectify his mistake and even then he does not do anything then you can file a complaint against him with the GST authorities.

A.Dear Client
The question is how come the supplier can make an invoice in some other party's name as that would be illegal. Anyways send the supplier a legal notice to correct the errors. If he does not do that then lodge a complain with the GST authorities.
