My name in marriage certificate is written wrong in hindi while its correctly written in English.
What is the process of correcting the name?

A.Get a notarized affidavit declaring that you got married and you intend to change your name and contact to Vidhikarya team.

A.Need to review your marriage certificate. If it's merely a typographical mistake an application for rectification before the Marriage Registrar is enough, however, MR might ask you to get affidavit. Contact MR and find out. If affidavit is necessary then contact a lawyer from Vidhikarya.

A.you have to submit the correction application before the registrar of marriages where your marriage is registered.
