Query regarding a common road
I live in a panchayat area. My home is on a by-road from the main road. It's a common road for those who have built their houses like me, it is built on bricks. . At the end of the road, there is a Gas Cylinder Godown of Indiane Oil. During the day huge heavy cylinder carrying trucks come to deliver cylinders to the godown. Over the recent years, due to the heavy weight of these trucks, the road has been damaged and now waterlogging problem happens. Is it right to damage a common road like this for commercial purposes? Shall I complain to Indiane Oil about this? Can I know what can be done? Kindly suggest me ?
A.Dear Client,
As per the facts mentioned, you may file a complaint before the gram panchayat or can file a PIL in the high court.

A.Dear Sir,
You may file complaint with Panchayat then approach High Court by filing PIL (Public Interest Litigation) Petition.
I could have explained more if background is known to me. You are supposed to give more details to get detailed answer.

A.Dear Client
As you are saying its a common road so just like you the Indian Oil too has the rights to use the same. If the road is getting damaged then you can raise the concern with both panchayat and Indian Oil. They should do something for it.
