Hi All,
I have taken a house for lease for 2.5 lakhs,i could not relocate to the house as my wife got pregnant and my parents asked me not to shift current house so as per agreement i informed about it to house owner and after 3 months of notice period i asked my lease amount by then he had given the house for rent for other person and its almost 4 months now i am stuggle to get back the lease amount,he says i can go to police station or court he is not bothered he doesnt have money to pay me,what can be done on this matter?

A.Did you have a written lease agreement? If yes then do this .
1. Send him a legal notice asking for the money that he owes you.
2. File a civil SUMMARY SUIT (Order 37 of CPC) in the local civil court to recover your money. This is a faster way of getting your money back if you have the documents.

A.Give him a demand notice by a lawyer and ask him in that notice to vacate the premises if he does not comply the notice file a suit for eviction and recovery of rent .. for further as my no. from vidhikarya team .

A.You can issue a legal notice to the owner of the property and can file a suit for recovery of money by fiiling civil suit.

A.Hallo sir, you should contact with local lawyer or our vidhikarya lawyer for sending legal notice for return your money. Give then 15 days limitation periode. If they didn't replied you then file money recovery suit into civil court.contact with vidhikarya lawyer.

A.Give a legal notice for the refund of the lease amount along with interest. If he doesn't reply, file a civil suit for recovery of your money and parallely lodge and file a criminal proceeding for breach of contract, breach of trust and cheating. Contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya.

A.Please send legal notice to the landlord.

Also submit complaint to police.

Once police calls him to police station, he will return back the money.
