Conciliation Order not honored by the Promoter Conciliation Order not honored by the Promoter

In November 2020 there was mutual agreement between the promoter and me during Conciliation meeting that the promoter would refund my amount within 60 days. However after all my effort the promoter haven't refunded my amount yet. I have filled a complain in RERA and at present case is pending against the case. I wish to know if there is any law that can penalize the promoter for not honoring the Conciliation Order? Is there any law that allows me to ask for compensation for not honoring the Conciliation Order?

A.Dear Sir,

Any award passed during conciliation is equal to civil court decree. There is no separate law but it covers under order 21 of Civil procedure court.
