SIR I SOLD MY CAR TO ONE PERSON, IT WAS DECIDED TO PAY ME IN 15 DAYS VEHICLE PRICE, BUT HE HAS NOT PAID ME FOR THREE MONTH NOW, THAT GUY KILLS ON ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES, I GOT ANGRY AND ABUSED HIM ON THE PHONE, HE COMPLAINED AGAINST ME TO THE POLICE, I HAVE THE STAMP PAPER OF THE CAR SALE AND ALSO THE ONE CHECK, THE POLICE TELL ME ON MOBILE THAT THEY HAVE FIR ON YOU AND YOU HAVE TO COME TO THE POLICE STATION BECAUSE YOU ABUSED HER, SIR SHOULD I GO TO POLICE STATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW.
A.Dear Client
As per the facts which have been provided, get an anticipatory bail first so that they may not arrest you. Later you send a legal notice to the girl who bought your car to make the payment for car.
Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

A.If they have filed FIR , then don't go to Police station... there are chances that they will arrest you. Get a paid consultation through our website & get yourself an anticipatory Bail. So please be on safer side..

A.Dear Sir,
Better get anticipatory bail before approaching Police because you do not know what are the other contents of the FIR and if the contents reveal non-bailable offences and if she had influenced police then you may be arrested.
