A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize that registered Power of Attorney and it is also necessary to know when that Attorney sold your property by virtue of that Power of Attorney and when you came to know about such sale, however, did not receive the sale consideration which as the Principal you are entitled to. Until and unless relevant facts are specified, proper legal opinion cannot be given.
