Extramarital offence

I’m a widow and had a relationship with a married man , he said to me he don’t love her and want to be with me and will give divorce to her and now his wife got to knw everything about us and he also took her side showed all pictures of ours and chats and his wife is threatening me she vl put me behind bars for having extra marital affair with his husband and she has defamed my image in the society very badly and threat me to leave city..professionally also she has harmed me so much .. I have already chAnged my place sittle far from there area but still they harass me and I don’t have any contact with her husband anymore.. please tell me is there any rule in IPC .. can she put me behind bars.?? And tell me what can I do legally to them?

But they are saying we were in relationship with all consent.. we made relationship with all knowing dat he is married but at the same time it’s true he had said to me dat he will divorce her coz he want to be with me.. but his wife came to home n always threat me she vl complain n put me behind the bars and dat man have some messages m pics so she vl use it against me

As for your concern about adultery, there is no provision under the law where a his wife can exhaust section 497 IPC against you having relationship with her husband. The provision is privilege given to husbands only under the law, and can be brought by the husband against the man having sexual intercourse with his wife. So she all her wild cries and threats are not maintainable.
So you need not worry, if fact you have a choice to lodge a complaint against her husband u/s 376 and 419 IPC. (false promise of marriage amounts to rape)

In IPC woman can not be penelaize for Extra Marital affair. Whereas her husband can be put behind if his wife takes action against him. In a rape case .
You can go for enticing, alluring you cheating, fraud commitment with you.
Since how many yrs or maths you have been in relationship you hav not mentioned
Atleast you can better teach him complaining at thana for harassment , torture, blackmailing if u receiving his calls of her wife even for maligning your image .

Sir I want to make them learn a lesson but her wife has already defamed me so badly If a file a case then she may use my pictures against me and again defamation of my name will come and is there any way dat my name would not come and I don’t need to go to hearings n courts n police station always

She can not file any criminal complaint against you as the having affair with her husband.
