Sir hamare ghar k bagal mai ghar hai jaha 3 kirayedar rehte hai unme se ek kirayedar k 2 ladke hai wo raat bhar sharab pee kar ek dusre ko gali dete hai or ladaiyan krte hai ..jiski complain hamre dwara makan malik se ki gayi hai magar unke dwara koi bhi action nhi liya gaya hai. Kyuki wo unse manmane paise lete hai. hmare ghar mai meri maa hai or wife hai ek chota baby hai..
Inki ye harktein band nhi ho rhi hai makan malik kisi bhi baat ka dhyaan nhi deta hai.
Usse kuch bhi kaho wo ignore karte hai .un kirayedar mai se ek or hai jinka rickshaw hamre gate k theek samne khada rehta hai kao baar mana krne par bhi nhi htaya jata hai. Jiske liye makan malik se kaha gaya hai magar unke dwara koi action nhi liya gaya hai.

Yeh matter aap Police Station lejao, waha unki complaint karado. Agar police bhi kuch nahi kar parhi, aap ek kaam karo, District Magistrate ke paas chaljana. Last option hai ki aap civil suit file karde damages ke lie

If they are not listening to you and stopping those nuisance then speak to their landlord and if it does not stop even after that then you can go to a police station and lodge a complaint for the nuisance created.
