Online loan application "Dhani"

A application that name "Dhani " Available in playstore. So they give me loan 50000 but I used
30000 rupees and I also returned 10000 and i have no big money wright now to give him some EMI but after some day I will give money . But they said pay full amount of upcoming due + now emi due = 20000 and send me legal notice through sms and say they take legal action on me if I not pay full amount of dhani loan but I pay short short money because I have no money and they give me loan without Salary slip . And dhani application call me 10 times in a day to pay their overdues. SIR ,They said send me to court and give me to police . So I want to know they have these powers ??? And this is real or not . I want to know about what happen If I not pay dhani personal loan.
You must be very careful while dealing with such applications which deals with monetary transaction. You must check if these apps are regulated by RBI or not to know their legality. However, if Dhani is an app which is legal then they have all the right to proceed with legal actions against you for non-payment of loan/ principal amount. You must pay back the loans along with the said interest.

Literally, such business is not legal as per RBI guidelines and nobody taking care of. The customers must be very careful. You must be very careful and thick skin and they cannot do anything legally. They cannot give you to police since it is a civil offence unless you use abusive words against them.
