Is it legal to use cone speakers on top open area?
Church and school is 300MTS away but they were connecting on school top with cone speakers to play bell song every one hour in this generation none using watch. Its init tolerable level.

It is illegal that “Who shall bell the cat”. Get supporters and approach High Court or higher police officers to stop such nuisance.
