Consumer court -Bank has lost my original title deed

Bank has lost my original title deed and I filled in compliant in District consumer court but court not accepted my payer, please guid me
A.Dear Client,
1) if original title deeds are lost then you have to lodge a police complaint about loss of the same
2) issue public notice about the loss of original documents
3) obtain a certified copy of tithe deeds from the sub-registrar office
