Complaining on behalf of my wife , against Principal of her school

From past few days my wife is facing problem in her school, where she is working as teacher. Not only her, other staffs are also facing some or other kind of problem with Principal. All are very scared, so they are not able to take any concrete path. On behalf of my wife or them, Can I report the problem to the higher authority of the school?
