Hi I have got form filling online work through a call, a company CYBER EVERIS. Pvt. Ltd. During the work their site closed without any intimation and didnt respond on whatsapp and call. Now they are threatening me to sent a legal notice to my home or otherwise i have to pay INR 12900 by 3 PM today only. Kindly suggest...

you may move to cyber police dept. of your concerned area. Avoid falling for work/employment without terms and conditions. In case you doubt the company's credibility you may move to cyber police department and can file a court case for recovery of money.

They cannot do anything and they cannot go to court to recover such small amount. It is not a criminal offence.
