Cheque Bounce & Commercial Fraud Case

Need help and advise for handling cheque bounce and commercial case. I don't have proper written agreement documents. I have proof of money giving and work done for firm. Firm owner not giving my money and profit for hard work and accusing of wrong fund using and fraud.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know the relevant facts of the case, when the cheque had been dishonoured and whether any Notice and other steps had been taken in that regard. Until and unless the relevant facts are shared, legal opinion cannot be given.

A.Dear Client,
If an employer doesn't pay up your salary, you can approach the labour commissioner. They will help you to reconcile this matter and if no solution is reached labour commissioner will hand over this matter to the court whereby a case against your employer may be pursued
