I have purchased the plot in Lucknow and registry has done but I am not sure that mutation of property need to done or not if property comes under 143

If the nature of the property has been changed form agriculture to residential under the Section 143 of U.P. Zamindari abolition and Land Reforms Act then what is stopping it from mutation. You have got the property registered now you should get the mutation done in your name.
