I have given complaint on my college in UGC Portal for not issuing my certificates, our principal mailed me to meet for resolution, is there any possible that college will torcher me?if it is done what is my next step?
A.Dear Client
You must approach the college again and ask for your certificates, in case they deny, proceed with a legal action by visiting a lawyer and sending them a legal notice first.

A.Dear Client
Approach the college with positive note and if they issue your certificate then ignore all and move on. In case they do not issue the certificate then you can take legal action against them and the principal.
