Q. Non Payment of Damage Charges

Agarwal Packers transportation caused damage to car and boxes. They are reluctant to pay damage charges and delaying payments on some pretexts for last two months

A. You get a legal notice issued to them, and if they do not compensate file for the same.

A. Issue a legal notice to Agarwal for damages. Further you can submit claim to your insurance company also.

A. Issue a Legal notice with all the details ,proof and record of damage & losses caused by the Packers within stipulated time period and file a case before the Consumer forum.

A. Send them a legal notice and even after that if they don't pay then file a case in consumer forum for deficiency of services. And do not forget to ask for extra compensation apart from the losses that you suffered.
