Agarwal Packers transportation caused damage to car and boxes. They are reluctant to pay damage charges and delaying payments on some pretexts for last two months

A.Issue a legal notice to Agarwal for damages. Further you can submit claim to your insurance company also.

A.Issue a Legal notice with all the details ,proof and record of damage & losses caused by the Packers within stipulated time period and file a case before the Consumer forum.

A.Send them a legal notice and even after that if they don't pay then file a case in consumer forum for deficiency of services. And do not forget to ask for extra compensation apart from the losses that you suffered.
