Can I reject the ground product at flour mill on basis of high servicecost
2 years ago
Haritaki(myrobalan) is used for lime flooring. Haritaki was given to a flour mill to grind. Since the mill person charged 60% more than usual charge I rejected to accept the ground powder as grind cost was way too much than the actual product's cost. As a consumer, on basis of incredible costs, do I have the right to reject the ground product or not? Please clarify
A.Hello Sir,
If he is charging you higher than usual/market price then as a consumer you have the right to reject buying the product.

A.Dear Client
Did he not tell you before hand that what will be the charged for grinding? If no then you can fight with him for the price but if he told you the charges beforehand which is the usual way then you don't have any chance to question him
