Legal Notice against me when I am unable return item I bought online

Platform: Flipkart
Seller: Wakefit
I received an cancelled order. There is no option on flipkart to return cancelled order.
Wakefit asking to return that order otherwise they will file a legal case against me.
Asked flipkart to help me related to this issue many times, but they just come up with alternate dates.

You must file a complaint in the local police station regarding the same or visit the civil court and file a case for such a scenario.If they file a case against you then you may show them the proof of delayed dates by the flipkart as defense.

A.Your query is not clear. They issued legal notice to you or you intend to issue legal notice to them. If they issued legal notice to you than you will have to file reply to the same vide a lawyer if possible. Thank you.
