Housing society Office Bearers arbitrary behaviour

The Society stops the Building water supply without any information to members.
This is done even when there is a regular water supply from the Municipal corporation.
They just ignore queries when asked.
Can there be a legal remedy to counter this arbitrary behaviour of the Society Office Bearers

You can file a suit against the society for restore the same. The society cannot disconnect the water supply on its own, it is a criminal offence, you may lodge a complaint against the secretary of the society who ordered this work.

Basic necessities like supply of water cannot be stopped. You may approach High Court.
