A.Dear Client,
IF the case goes to trial for a check bounce, then you can file a reply to the case through a lawyer for a cheque bounce case near you. You can also file a counter file of cheque against the person for filing a false cheque bounce case against you.

Thank You

A.Dear Sir,
Let them file cheque bounce case and you need not attend lok Adalath and let the case go for trial where you will get sufficient time to repay in instalments.

A.If you don't remember issuing any blank cheque to them then they should not have it so they will not be able to book you under 138 case. You can file an FIR for threatening if you have any evidence to that effect. Thank you.

A.Cheque bounce case cannot be filed in Lok Adalat. It is necessary on your part to attend before the Lok Adalat. Please take note that Lok Adalat cannot compel you to do anything until and unless you agree to settle the issue.
