My father and uncle were working together from last 25 years.

both used to run the business together
the business was registered under my uncle's name as properitor.
everything was going well till one day my dad suffered a brain stroke and was on bed for 1 year.now he is better and well but then my uncle kicked my father out of business and said its all his as he had registered it under his name taking advantage of my dad's situation and gave my dad just 8 lacks out of business while the business has a turnover of 50LPA. can we do anything we are very simple people and dont want to do anything irrational.
