Sir
I am Dr prakash . i have rented a house in ernakulam, planned and cleaned house and informed house owner regarding evacuating house on 18/8/18 to go to new home,. Owner agreed and told just to repair the water motor and i am good to go. But on 15/8 flood hit ernakulam and house floor was flooded now owner ask me to bare all expenses.

please help by advice

A.Flood is act of god and land lord has bear the cost, however technically you have to handover in the same condition,better to consult a local Lawyer from Vidhikarya to guide & help you on all aspect of the issue quickly.
