IT Service Agreement - no salary is stated

In service agreement, no salary is stated. Is it ok to sign agreement without compensation and benefits. One I signed the agreement, Can I break the bond of IT company, if salary was not given as per the salary stated in my offer letter?

You can file a complaint with EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) or other state agency- they look and investigate into the matter, and then decide whether the policy should be changed or you should get damages. Or if, they have broken the promise in any manner, you may visit the civil court for breaching the contract.

If the salary is mentioned in the offer letter then there is no discrepancy as offer letter is to be considered as part of the employment agreement and terms and conditions. It is advisable that once you sign the agreement/bond then you must honour it
