Unfortunately there is no such law made which could govern the relationship of friends. However, if you both are in a live-in relationship, then you may proceed with legal rights if he or his family is harassing you in any manner. If not, then it is advisable for you to communicate with him or his parents, however, do remember that every individual has their own right to live as enshrined under art.21 of Indian Constitution, hence, do not go under any kind of coercion or anything which you don't want to do wilfully.
Thanks
Regards

Ideally and usually there are no laws directly affecting the relationship between a girlfriend and boyfriend which can help you perforce him to get in touch with you. Unlike the laws for married people where they can go for restitution of conjugal rights you can not take any step like that.
You need to speak to him or his parents to convince them
