In such a situation, it is advisable for you to stay somewhere else for your mental peace, but since the contract has been signed and you wilfully want to stay in such society, then you may request the owner of the property to take care of such an issue, as it is his duty to provide peace to everyone staying in his property. You may take the videos of them causing any kind of inconvenience for your defense. However, if still anything does not work out then you may seek legal remedy for the same. It is every human's right to sleep peacefully and take proper care of their health under Art. 21 of Indian Constitution. You may proceed to the police station or the court for the same. You may also seek compensation from them for damaging your property.
Thanks

Ideally your owner should have taken care of the situation and asked them properly not to disturb you. Since that did not happen and also you are a tenant there it would be wise to leave that place after the expiry of the rent agreement as it appears that those people will not stopping the activities.
