Dangerous neighbour -new neighbor who is constructing his house

Hi, we have a new neighbor who is constructing his house. He has been harassing us indirectly. He would tell garbage van to not pick our garbage, send people to our door, ask people to damage our trees and properties. He doesnt do anything on his own but gets people to do his work for him. He even threatens that he will make our lives miserable once he moves. My parents live alone and are senior citizens. They are scared to live there and to leave the house alone because that neighbor might just get our house robbed.

Please inform your nearest police station about this scenario. Fit a cctv camera or record such evidences which will help you in defence. But firstly, make a complaint in the police station or go to the court and file a case against him for threatening your family and harassment.

If you have evidences and proofs to support what you are claiming here then you can go to the police station and lodge a complaint against your neighbour about all the harassment that he has been doing onto your parents.
