Notice from Lok Nyayalay in the matter of Kotak Credit Card dues Notice from Lok Nyayalay in the matter of Kotak Credit Card dues

Dear Sir/Madam, This time again Kotak Mahindra Bank employees came with this notice (attached) saying to settle the credit card dues which is pending since the lockdown.. The issue is I am unemployed since the 1st lockdown when my shop was shut down due to heavy losses.. Right now I don't have such funds sources to settle this matter and payoff the dues.. Kindly suggest me what should I do. Do I need to appear there mandatorily on the said date before the Lok Nyayalay.?? What if I ignore this, is there any provision to seize all the immovable materials like TV, Fridge, and other immovable things belonging to me? Because last time there was such event happened.. those people came with another court notice to seal/siezed / recover all such belongings..?

A.Dear Client,
Appear before the Lok Nyayalay, acknowledge your issue before the authority. Ask for an extension of the time period.

Thank you.

A.You need to consult with an advocate for getting the best remedy and you have to deal with the bank in a systematic and legal way only through an advocate who will represent you before the bank authority and explain them your problem.
