Can I seek a divorce -We were together for 4 months Can I seek a divorce -We were together for 4 months

We got married on Oct 2020. We were together for 4 months. She left for home one night with her Dad during Feb 2021 and she didn't come back. Its been now 13 months since she left and I had requested her to come back home through various elders and people, but to no avail. We don't have kids and she is a salaried woman. Please let me know if I can file for divorce? Now its March 2022.

A.Dear Client
You can definitely file a divorce petition and or may send a legal notice by visiting an advocate for the same. If your wife is not interested in the marriage or has left without saying anything go for mutual divorce.
Thanks

A.You are eligible to file for a decree of divorce against your wife, but I will suggest you to send a legal notice to your wife for giving mutual divorce since it will take less time and is completely hassle free otherwise if she refuses for the same then you can easily move for filing a contested divorce against her. For further queries you need to have proper consultation. Best of Luck!!
