Regarding money issue - friend owes me 2lakhs

One of my friend owes me 2lakhs, it is been nearly one year and he did not return still. When I am asking, he is saying me to wait as it takes time to get money. He is saying some or the other reason and not returning my amount. I want to send a legal notice to his email so how much does a lawyer charge for this?

A.It depends on the lawyer from whom you are getting the service done. Every lawyer has his own charges therefore it will be better to consult with a specific lawyer for your work and then you can pay your advocate the asked fees.

The amount charged by a lawyer for sending legal notice is not fixed and it depends on many factors and various from lawyer to lawyer.
so it would be difficult to give any fixed amount.
Rather contact any lawyer get his quotation for the same.
