Regarding fee payment in a central university where i will not study for 1 year Regarding fee payment in a central university where i will not study for 1 year

I am studying in a central government institute. Now in my final year i am doing my thesis project under a professor from different University (2nd University). So I will stay , study and do my project work in the 2nd University and I will use resources of 2nd University. But the central institute is still demanding excess fee as in name of library, hostel fee and Gymkhana, tution fee, which i will not avail in the next 1 year. So what is the solution so that I will not have to pay the central institute the above fees

A.Dear Client
The college might have some rules or regulations regarding the payment of fees. You must check the documents and then talk to the college authorities firstly, in case you feel there's any kind of injustice you have been through. or you may approach the civil court for the same.
Thanks
