A.Dear Client
By following these procedure you can change your name in all documents:-
1. Affidavit. Seek the help of a local notary to make an affidavit for name change.
2. Publish in newspaper. Next, you need to publish the change of name in at least two local newspaper.
3.Gazette notification-for getting your name published in the Official Gazette of your state.
4.Verification-You need to send the following documents to the Secretary, Department of Commerce & Transport
5.Approval by the authorities
