Regarding fees paid in full for a course but Regarding fees paid in full for a course but

I had undertaken a course of cybersecurity back in 2019. Fees paid well in advance with the examination fees costing Rs.30k. Paid that as well but for some personal reasons, I couldn't give the exam.
I called them last year and they did say I could still give the exam. However, covid ruined those plans as well.
However, I call them and inform them of my intentions to give the exams this year. But this time, they said I have to pay the 30k again now. I ask them about the previous fee I paid and they say it's been a long time so its basically redundant now.
This was the HR I was talking to and when I ask her to connect me to the academy owner or manager, she says they're too busy to talk to anyone. They even had physical classes before and when I went to that place, they shifted and they literally have no office or academy now.
I do realize that I've delayed it for way too long on my part and it's my fault as well. But the fact that I've literally paid Rs.75k in total for absolutely nothing in return makes me feel like a fool.
I need advice on if I could pursue a legal case against them and get my money back. I do have their call records where she admits of my tenure as a student in their academy and the complete fees I've paid.
Any advice would be great relief for me as I've been stressed about it since the past 2 months.
Thank you

A.Dear Client,

You can file a consumer complaint against the authorities in the amount of 30k as your examination fees are not exhaustive and you can still take the course or ask for a refund. You need to draft a consumer complaint at the appropriate forum, attach all the relevant documents, payments, all the call records, and every detail that can help substantiate a case, and then pay the court fees and submit an affidavit.

Thank You
