Online Cab service not refunding

Hello, I used online cab service for which I made payment through UPI but cab's app did not acknowledge my payment and still showed payment not done and at the end of the ride I had to pay cash making it paying twice. When I took this matter to their support team they agreed to refund within 7-10 business days but still I did not get my refund. On which I asked for the update for which there is no response. I tried reaching them through Twitter but still they are not responding. Please guide on what should be done .

You may firstly confirm if the payment is done or not, maybe by visit the bank or checking the bank account transaction details. If it shows that they have deducted the money from bank and have taken cash from you as well, then you may visit the consumer forum of your area with all the proofs or you may also complain in the online consumer forum site.
