Divorce by Mental Patient

my friend got married and they have lived life together about three months. Then after once, she goes to her home. Now she said she don't like him. Don't want to come back.
my friend loves her too much. he cannot handle this pressure. he got mad and his memory s also very weak. He only knows some people around his from childhood. he forgot even his marriage also.
after one-year girls family has asked for a divorce in court. my friend not able to sign divorce papers also because he doesn't remember his marriage. what can we do?

A.You should approach that girl to file for divorce on the ground of insanity. You can also ask relative of your friend(husband) for conducting his medical test in a mental hospital.

A.Your friend can be taken to Court, his thumb impression can be taken on papers for all purposes. An affidavit can be signed by any one close to him or a guardian narrating his present condition.

A.The girl side can still go for a divorce on the ground of your friend being of unsound mind and in all likelihood she will will get the the divorce too. Since your friend is not in a condition to sign the papers so his signature can be dispensed with.
