Coal smoke comes in my house.

Dear sir, My neighbour always burn coal stove due to this coal smoke comes in my house. Neighbour work in bccl so they carry out coal From their work place and use them daily.we always have to inhale smoke because their is no open area on that side of my house smoke can blow further unfortunately my ventilator is on that side so all the smoke enter through ventilator which creates so much problem for my family. I already requested them but they were very rude. They said that they are burning on their land. Please help me ?

You send them a legal notice to stop burning the coal. If they don't listen and stop then send a letter to the municipality as well as the pollution department about it.
