Resignation - resigned at my work place
I have resigned at my work place and informed to HR 30 days notice period. But after 10 days of resignation I was told that I have to leave immediately because I'm in probation. Infact according to the appointment letter and HR interview it is not mentioned anywhere that I cannot serve 30 days notice period during probation. I was forcefully told to resign.
A.Dear Client,
no legal action can be taken by the employee if there is no mention of the notice period at all in the appointment letter format issued to the employer.
Thank You
