Regarding service related issue my freind filed a case high court and judgement came in his favour. Now me and many others have the same issue , should we all, too approach the court or with same judgement can we too get Justice ?

A.Yes absolutly you and your other freinds can file a petetion in high court with this judgement.

A.Citing the same judgement to the concerned authorities shall suffice. Else, approaching the competent court is next step.

A.Dear Sir,
It goes on two principles.
a) If you are considered as fence sitter then you may not be given those benefits
b) You are entitled because you entitled for same benefits on par with that employee......Try. Send judgment and brief

A.The order in favour of your friend and applicable for his service related issue, not applicable to others who are not party to the original petition before the high court,hence not applicable.

A.Dear Mr. Anil,
Yes, logically and as per the law (case laws) you can get the justice if what you are saying is exactly similar to the service matter that your friend had. There can be possible variation in the outcome if you and your other friends and colleagues have any degree of variation in the facts for your matter.
