I am Krishna, I have a query regarding how India treats sealed/expunged criminal records that occured in USA, can you please address my query. My friend is convicted of Reckless driving in USA and the record is sealed. Can you please let me know if this has to be mentioned in Indian passport Renewal/ Professional License in India/ Private job application? Looking forward hearing from you.
