I have settled my credit card amount to 77000/- for 6 EMI. I have cleared 27000/- and missed my last month and this month emi. While doing the settlement they have taken my 6 blank cheques now my 3 emi's pending. Next month is my last emi. They have threatening me that they will file a cheque bounce case and they will block my Pancard & Aadhar and will block all my bank accounts also. Now i am not able to arrange the amount and my situation is also like that. What will happen next...??? Did they send me to Jail or what will happen please give me some advise

A.Dear Sir,

Such act cannot done without the order of the Court or Arbitrator. You may get issue a strong legal notice and teach them a lesson because such tendency is on increasing ratio. Get advice from any competent advocate.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts which have been provided, if you don't pay your credit card bill, expect to pay late fees, receive increased interest rates and incur damages to your credit score. If you continue to miss payments, your card can be frozen, your debt could be sold to a collection agency and the collector of your debt could sue you.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.
